I like very much a modern and minimalist interior design. This beautiful flat in Gdansk in Poland offers an amazing modern and a bit raw interior.
Designed by the office RACA Architekci, the apartment presents a real character, style and personality. This simple design is incredibly interesting! We can see here that even when we paint our walls with a colour, in this flat were used cold colours from light shades of grey to black, we can still create a cozy interior.
The design fair Maison&Objet Paris is starting soon. There are going to be lots of great products and booths. The one that I can’t wait to see is the booth for Bloomingville.
This amazing Danish brand founded by Betina & Simon Stampe creates, discovers and collects beautiful objects for the home and the garden. Bloomingville offers gorgeous products with a nostalgic Scandinavian twist and reproductions of fantastic pieces inspired by French brocante. Since the begining the brand keeps its focus on excellent quality, reasonable prices and the high level of service.
A rainy day in Paris… . The only thing I want to do is just snuggle under the sheets and stay in bed or swathe myself in a blanket and listen to the rain. That’s why I want to share with you some beautiful bedroom styling. There are so many inspiring spaces to find both online and in our favourite interior magazines. It’s a great idea to create a style file of each space so that collection can help us to design our own rooms or at least describe what we like that someone can design them for us.
This beautiful, just 59 m² flat features a modern touch in only black and white tones interacting with cross wooden beams and old brick walls. You are getting absolutely amazed by these simple yet sophisticated interiors. The mix between old and new creates a very calm and serene atmosphere. The old beams and the raw spiral staircase give charm and character to the place.
Warsaw office Mamastudio has finallyopened its own hotel, in the center of the city, transforming historic Warsaw apartments into guest rooms that showcase interiors, furniture and artwork by Polish architects, designers and craftsmen! Local polish art, design and craft is the very essence of Autor Rooms. Mamastudio worked with Polish architect Mateusz Baumiller to design the interiors of the hotel.
She studied industrial design. In 2009, at age just 27, she set up her own design studio which is called CHZON and concentrates on bars, restaurants and hotels interiors. Her approach is to have a global design vision and to work on each aspect in the project whether it is the interior architecture, the furniture design or the graphic design like signage or logos. She always has to be sure, by working every detail and material that everything looks coherent.
In May this year a Polish building has won the European Union’s architecture prize, the Mies van der Rohe Award 2015. It is the Szczecin Philharmonic Hall from Poland. Although the winner has been announced 4 months ago, I would still like to share how proud I am that this year for the first time wins a building constructed in Poland!
Recently, personally I like to search for interior inspirations of small living spaces. It is probably because I live in a small flat 🙂 . However, with a bit of work even a small space can have everything that’s needed at home. This inspiration I found yesterday and wanted to share.
